Job summary
The VP HR Operations Europe drives operational excellence across the employee lifecycle by developing and delivering streamlined, high-quality, and service-focused HR operations. They ensure alignment with business strategy and Group HR policies, while continuously improving efficiency, compliance, employee experience, and service delivery in Europe.
As HR Director Belgium, you will be a key member of the management team for Collectibles and Trading Card Games EU. In this role, you will align business objectives with people strategies, acting as a strategic advisor, coach, and enabler. You will drive HR initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, development, and cultural alignment across the organization. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations at Cartamundi HQ and take the lead in managing social relations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational HR leadership for our Belgian entities (Turnhout NV, Cartamundi HQ, Cartamundi Digital, Cartamundi Benelux) and smaller European offices.
- Champion operational excellence in all HR processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
- Deliver seamless support across the entire employee lifecycle in Belgium—from recruitment to development and offboarding.
- Strengthen the management team of Turnhout NV (C&TCG EU) and actively participate in the works council.
- Lead day-to-day HR operations at HQ, with a strong focus on service quality and employee engagement.
- Coordinate HR operations for our European teams in Germany, Poland, and Spain, driving consistent, high-quality HR service delivery.

Your profile:

- 10+ years in HR roles within a manufacturing setting, including success as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager leading teams.

- Change management experience with a track record of driving cultural and organizational transformation.

- Fluent in Dutch and English.
